A Real Estate Broker for 26 years, Lynne worked first in Albuquerque, New Mexico then moved to Dana Point 18 years ago.

During her lengthy real estate career, she has consistently been a top-producer in sales (100% Club at RE/MAX, RE/MAX Hall of Fame), successfully managed real estate offices (“Sales manager of the Year” for the Albuquerque Board of REALTORS®), and taught real estate classes, including pre-licensing and continuing education courses. She was the first Education Director for the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, establishing the programs necessary to implement the then new continuing education legislation for the state.

Lynne specializes in residential real estate sales with most of her business directed towards condo sales in the coastal communities. Ten years of serving as president of her homeowners association has given her a thorough understanding of association living.

In addition to her real estate sales, for the last15 years Lynne has operated a small property management business, which grew out of her clients’ needs for help with their investment properties and second homes. Many purchasers of second homes at the beach find a ready market for renting these homes on a weekly or monthly basis to complement their own usage and subsidize their property related expenses.
